Yes. Every brand in the Proc-X group — DP Pulverizers, QuantumX, Fuxion, EmulXion, A.I.S and AirloX — is designed and manufactured internally under one engineering standard. We are not an integrator assembling other vendors' machines, which eliminates compatibility issues and split warranties.

Yes. Every system goes through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) covering mechanical integrity, performance under load, vacuum and pressure verification, mixing efficiency, particle size achievement and control system functionality. You're invited to witness testing in person or remotely before shipment.

Yes. We provide installation supervision, commissioning assistance, operator training, control system calibration and on-site performance validation — followed by long-term support with OEM spare parts, upgrades and retrofit modernization.

Proc-X builds ATEX, NFPA and CE compliant solutions, with hygienic and containment designs for regulated industries including food, nutraceuticals, personal care, life sciences and specialty chemicals.
